Meeting unique needs with strategic design.

This project comprised a remodel of an existing 4,800 sq. ft. service shop and the addition of an 11,300 sq. ft. two-story showroom and employee area. Because the site lacked connections to the city utilities, a 25,000-gallon tank was used to supply the fire sprinkler water to the building, while a new septic drainfield was strategically located to maximize the amount of parking available on the site. The building addition utilized CMU bearing walls and steel framing to create a modern facility, perfect for the team at McMinnville Honda.
