Located west of Pittsburg, PA, this project was a remodel of an existing dealership. The original showroom structure was demolished to make room for a larger showroom, with added height to create a two-story volume. The full-height glazing affords plenty of natural light, giving the showroom and lounge spaces an open, airy feel. Due to frequent flooding, neglect, and previous improper repair methods, a considerable amount of work was necessary to update the existing service shop. This work included structural repairs to the pre-engineered metal building, a new roof, and new exterior insulated metal wall panels.
