Cost-effective brand-standard design.
Part of Lithia’s relocation from downtown to Salem Parkway, this 34,574 sq. ft. store was the first dealership to open in 2015. Utilizing tilt-up concrete walls with a steel moment frame, the brand’s design standards were realized in a cost-effective manner. Sitework for the three dealerships includes 922 parking spaces over the 10.34-acre site, LED lighting with automatic daylight controls, and an extensive, interconnected network of swales to treat and retain stormwater.
