The latest evolution of a decades-old space.
This project included the complete interior and exterior renovation of a 1,500 sq. ft., 1940s-era wood-frame building originally built as a service station. Over the years the property was used as a car rental agency, antique store, and gift shop. The work involved demolition of all existing interior construction, removing and reframing two exterior walls, re-roofing the entire building, and installing new brick veneer on three sides. The interior was completely redesigned to meet aesthetic and functional requirements to create a retro, inner-city looking building. Site improvements included rebuilding and reconfiguring existing parking areas, addition of an outdoor dining patio, and installing landscaping.
