Elevated winemaking through purposeful planning.

St. Innocent is a 2,000 sq. ft. winery, designed to enhance the quality of the wine by optimizing the process of winemaking and storing. The barrel room is located underground, which helps to keep the wine at an optimal temperature and humidity for aging, while the crush pad is accessed from the upper level and removable railings allow gravity to move the grapes into the fermentation tanks. A large tasting room with outdoor seating provides an elegant experience for tasting, and a full commercial kitchen allows the winery to provide food pairings. This project made the most of its sloping site and utilized a pre-engineered metal building to achieve the most cost-effective solution for the client.
