Modern, accessible updates to support a safe and welcoming school system.

Our team worked collaboratively with Dayton School District and HMK Company to complete a variety of bond scope items for their existing buildings. Substantial remodels were done at the grade school, high school and junior high main buildings. Significant upgrades were provided, including re-building the HVAC systems, replacing single pane windows with energy efficient high-performance windows, and re-roofing the junior high and grade school buildings. At the high school and grade school, both main entries were remodeled to create accessible, welcoming office environments while also establishing more secure entry points. ADA accessibility and improved SLC spaces were a major focus at both campuses. The grade school also benefited from important seismic upgrades throughout the main building. The results of these projects are fresh, warm spaces that are safer, with more energy efficient buildings and durable environments for years to come.
