Providing flexibility for expanding programs.
Working closely with Dayton School District and HMK Company, this project added 3,650 sq. ft. to the existing Career and Technical Education building, as well as re-worked the site for additional program space. New programs included automotive repair, hydroponics labs and trailer, and a new greenhouse. A storefront was also added to provide a retail location for their annual plant sale and other CTE events. Creating durable spaces that were also budget sensitive was crucial for this project, and the end result allowed for key learning areas and greater program flexibility and accessibility.
